No, I do not think that is all that defines a god. Prior to my session, I knew of many immortals with particular abilities that would I would not qualify as Gods, nor would they label themselves such. Within the context of the sessions, I suppose then it would be those who were strong enough to build their new universes and see them enstated. Many assume to achieve God Tier is to be a God, but I feel that is a bit of a stretch. By the specific wording, you are akin to a god, you are NOT a God. I think, then, it is the level of one's abilities and the level of responsibility one takes over their creations in a given universe. I am not a God because I am a Lord by class, I am a God because I have made the maintenance and survival of my creations my sole responsibility.
