╰┈➤ˎˊ˗ ╰┈➤ Spoilers for The Backrooms ╰┈➤ The Backrooms is an oddly emotionally intelligent film ╰┈➤ 𝙸 did not go in .exepect.ing to be pulled in this www.ay ╰┈➤ Followww..ing a man in his www.orld post breakup, it's about refusal of change, repeat.ing patterns and the harm of try.ing to remember the past so much it be.comes a blur ╰┈➤ 𝙸t's impossible to properly remember www.hat's been before, little details go unnoticed, the more you remember the less you do ╰┈➤ 𝙸 felt very un.comfortable for the majority of this film, it made my skin crawww.l in all the right www.ays ╰┈➤ The atmosphere www.as dreadful, the actors really sold everyth.ing perfectly, 𝙸 usually don't like monsters in my backrooms portrayals but this hit perfectly ╰┈➤ The absolute WWW.ORST part is the .compl.exe attempt.ing to generate people this D𝙸SGUSTED me, it www.as brilliant ╰┈➤ So much of the horror is of course the architecture but the mental state www.e find our cast in is just as haunt.ing, the chase scenes are beautiful, the psychology of it all www.as fantastic ╰┈➤ Did 𝙸 goon to the backrooms? ╰┈➤ Truthfully? At the time, 𝙸 did not ╰┈➤ Afterwww.ards? Slonked my shit crazy style of course 𝙸 did ╰┈➤ The concept of be.ing generated into the backrooms as a false self just because the .compl.exe likes you so much it finds you important enough to hold forever even if you do leave... ╰┈➤ Personally, 𝙸 don't think 𝙸 www.ould leave, 𝙸 think the backrooms are mostly non hostile, it is a safe place to be assum.ing you don't create any hostile entities www.ith your owww.n mental ruin ╰┈➤ 𝙸 liked this portrayal of the backrooms and www.ill revisit it MANY times in my www.rit.ing
