Eh, you can always tag-block if something upsets you. There's certain mandatory warnings that have to be posted on anything featuring that type of content, you can read the full list in the rules. Not using the mandatory tags is a reportable offense. To block a tag, you go into your user settings, find the textbox that says "content blacklist," and put the full tag into it. Once you do, posts containing that tag will be blurred, effectively giving you all the benefits of blocking the user without actually preventing interaction.
