putting the gif on the art program's timeline is too hard i have given up editing the gif for now.
GIFS ARE A BITCH TO EDIT IN ANY PROGRAM IVE EVER USED. YOU ARE STRONGER THAN ME.
i've had an easier time with Photoshop, but i'm using a different art program cause the art tools and pens are nicer, but I'm unfortunately VERY confused!
PHOTOSHOP IS WAY TOO EXPENSIVE AND I REFUSE TO EVER PAY FOR IT. THE CLOSEST IVE GOTTEN TO AN ALTERNATIVE WAS PHOTOPEA AND THAT ONE CANT REALLY EDIT GIFS EITHER. JUST FUCKED OVERALL IF YOU WANT TO SO MUCH AS ADD A MASK TO A GIF OR LIKE ADJUST SOMETHING SLIGHTLY.
I've been using a cracked version of Photoshop! I noticed some of my PSD colors weren't coming out correctly, so I got a cracked version! Though I do use photopea still from time to time! As for their GIF editing, it's a bit more straightforward than Photoshop, but drawing with it is hard. I use Clip Studio to do art, and since you can animate, I was hoping I could try there; it's very hard. Oh yeah, so true; it's a nightmare... like, why are you doing this to me...
