what do we do for fun around here
✧જ⁀ No!!! But I understand your line of thinking!!! The ⚾︎!!! And the bat!!! Have the same pattern of spikeage!!! So!!! When contact is made!!! The spikes hit each other!!! Making the perfect trajectory for the ⚾︎ to go flying!!! =͟͟͞͞ ⚾︎
makes sense. do catcher mitts exist or do the catchers have to sacrifice flesh?
✧જ⁀ Of course!!! Mitts exist!!! They have the OPPOSITE pattern of spikeage so that the ⚾︎ can get caught in the mitts spikes!!! Though in some more barebones games!!! They ditch the mitts and just use their hands!!! It takes wipes of recovery!!! But the training is worth it!!! =͟͟͞͞ ⚾︎
✧જ⁀ I play!!! As the teams designated hitter!!! Thats!!! The position they thought was best for me!!! Since I couldnt always!!! Catch a fast⚾︎!!! Or a curve⚾︎! But I keep practicing anyways!!! =͟͟͞͞ ⚾︎
✧જ⁀ Yes!!! The baseplates have spikes too!!! You have to be!!! Very SHARP d:D to survive in this sport!!! =͟͟͞͞ ⚾︎

✧જ⁀ Thanks!!! Youre probably pretty sharp too since you remember me saying that before!!! =͟͟͞͞ ⚾︎
