Your average civvie that you are looking at, totally, they don't need to be combat hardened, they live easy lives. Can't blame them but they don't have the same struggle for survival and power.

Depends on circumstance. I was born for combat. Trained from the moment I could walk, given the resources to be the ideal frontline soldier, where natural strength failed they provided the means. Beyond myself, I imagine a handful of humans on this platform are far from squishy as well, the few I've encountered have power unlike I've ever seen.
