Do you part8ke in any routine indoor activities? 8=l < My day to day consists of taking care of my wiggler, taking care of my horses, managing the hive, and using time in between to chip away at commissions 8=l < When my wiggler can spend longer stretches of time asleep I will be returning to my forge in Sicily for larger commissions 8=l < I often enjoy watching television and reading boo%, and most mornings I have a workout routine 8=l < I act001ly enjoy going outside when it reins, it feels nice on my %in 8=l < Or just drinking a coffee and watching the reindrops through the window 8=l < I also do most of my own cooking so you can add that into my day to day routines 8=l < And then I find time to spend with mates and friends 8=l < I like to keep myself busy

Oh, I'm sorry. I prefer to express my thoughts. It helps unclog the thinking vents! A nice in and out stream of inform8tion and knowledge. I am sure you have your reasonings. I won't suggest journaling, as you've pro8a8ly heard 8efore. Or perhaps you do that already. You do not live with any of your mates?

That sounds like it would 8e 8eneficial, to you, and as an extension, your child. Higher spirits often help young ones in development.
