Does anyone have any tips for making friends here, or just getting more interaction in general? I’m not trying to become like a Chittr micro celebrity or anything but I’d like to expand my character a bit more through relationships (of all types), and I feel awkward just,,, idk randomly inserting myself into other people’s business, maybe it’s the autism and lack of social understanding, but it feels rude even if that’s the point of roleplaying in stuff like this

// tbh getting in ppl's business is totally fine if its not overdone, worst case scenario they block u but most ppl on here r totally fine w randos getting in their business :) ive been doing it all week ! n u can check their bio too if ur worried, some ppl will have like "dont interact w my posts if you [whatever whatetver]" and u can guide urself that way
Thanks! I’m trying to be consistent with posting when I can think of things, I haven’t really done anything like this in almost a decade so it’s hard to get back into the swing of it lol
That’s good to hear, I think most of the awkwardness for me comes from the fact that it seems like there’s already a lot of established friend groups and I don’t want to feel like I’m intruding on that, but if that is just how socializing works ;-; the times I have interacted with other people here have been pleasant so far, I’m enjoying it a lot

That is a good thing to keep in mind! I’m always a bit worried if I make CT too bubbly or annoying he’ll be too similar to canon trolls like Nepeta and come off as just another copy, even tho he’s heavily based on myself and my real life personality. It just so happens I share the same sign as Nepeta )x but I know most people don’t care about the whole “Mary sue” stereotype anymore and I’m just being paranoid from my early roleplaying days
