man. "lord of the hammer" film was ok, but translating such a good literary work to screen really loses a lot of the whimsical writing stuff like the little jokes in the narration or the fact that the character representing death talks in a different font with no quotation marks in full caps. 7/10. fine on its own but eh. context of reading the book threw me off.
