[In clarity: Kagero Pasema was not "lied" to. His personal device was needed in order to remove punitive filters, but he was hesitant in turning it in. Before we were able to collect his device he ran from the block exclaiming that he would be able to quote, "tell that Dracula bitch to fuck off". After confirming that this was not directed toward staff, nor was it meant as a true threat, we have decided to remove the profanity filter so long as Kagero continues to cooperate with staff and avoids antagonizing trolls online.
