I am glad to hear that. Do try not to push yourself too hard in the future... Though I understand that it is never so easy.
๐บ I ha๐ e a tendency and hist๐ry ๐f ๐๐ erw๐rking; I am getting better at n๐t d๐ing it, but when I am stressed, I w๐rk, which stresses me ๐ut m๐re. S๐ a bit ๐f a cycle. Learning t๐ rela๐ is easier said than d๐ne.
Certainly... I do understand. Relaxing is also work, in a way. Perhaps a hobby that feels productive but allows your mind to rest? A craft? I cannot suggest much more than that, I am not exactly the monarch of relaxation myself. I am glad to hear that you are doing better than you once were, though. That is assuring.
๐บ I supp๐se that w๐uld be better than thr๐wing myself int๐ my j๐b. I will l๐๐k int๐ pr๐ducti๐ e h๐bbies that w๐uld be better f๐r rela๐ing. Haha, I supp๐se y๐u can take a bit ๐f y๐ur ๐wn ad๐ ice as well. Yes, A l๐t better!
I have been known to be a bit of a hypocrite, but I like to think that my advice is good even if I forget to follow it myself. That is excellent. Changing something so connected to the core of your personality takes time and patience. It is good to hear that you have been finding success in it.
