📺 Ap𐌏l𐌏gies f𐌏r the absence, I had br𐌏ught myself t𐌏 illness fr𐌏m stress.

(˶ˆ꒳ˆ˵) —— That's a relief! ( ◠ ◠;) Still take it easy fOr a while, Okay? (✿◠‿◠) —— (˘ ³˘)
I am glad to hear that. Do try not to push yourself too hard in the future... Though I understand that it is never so easy.
📺 I ha𐌅e a tendency and hist𐌏ry 𐌏f 𐌏𐌅erw𐌏rking; I am getting better at n𐌏t d𐌏ing it, but when I am stressed, I w𐌏rk, which stresses me 𐌏ut m𐌏re. S𐌏 a bit 𐌏f a cycle. Learning t𐌏 rela𐌗 is easier said than d𐌏ne.
Certainly... I do understand. Relaxing is also work, in a way. Perhaps a hobby that feels productive but allows your mind to rest? A craft? I cannot suggest much more than that, I am not exactly the monarch of relaxation myself. I am glad to hear that you are doing better than you once were, though. That is assuring.
📺 I supp𐌏se that w𐌏uld be better than thr𐌏wing myself int𐌏 my j𐌏b. I will l𐌏𐌏k int𐌏 pr𐌏ducti𐌅e h𐌏bbies that w𐌏uld be better f𐌏r rela𐌗ing. Haha, I supp𐌏se y𐌏u can take a bit 𐌏f y𐌏ur 𐌏wn ad𐌅ice as well. Yes, A l𐌏t better!
I have been known to be a bit of a hypocrite, but I like to think that my advice is good even if I forget to follow it myself. That is excellent. Changing something so connected to the core of your personality takes time and patience. It is good to hear that you have been finding success in it.
