a lUsUs is a creatUre who develops a mUtUalistic relationship with a yoUng troll! first they raise the troll, protect them from predators, teach them basic skills and speak to them in a tongUe only their ward can Understand, and the troll, as they grow, becomes the lUsUs' cUstodian in a sense. it's sort of like a parent and an especially loyal pet all in one! "god tiering" is tied Up in a game called sbUrb, or sometimes sgrUb. this game has far-reaching cosmic implications that are far too complex to fit in a single reply bUt essentially, "god tiering" or "reaching god tier" is essentially an apotheosis, thoUgh most of Us woUldn't consider a god-tiered player to be an actUal deity Until they won the game. the god tier grants a player flight, conditional immortality, and abilities related to their *class* and *aspect,* which is a whole other can of worms! it soUnds a bit less godly and a bit more sUperheroic when i pUt it like that, bUt winning this game entails creating a new Universe, so yoU can see where the godhood comes in. ^u^

I mean, I get the first part pretty easily, though the whole "troll" thing still escapes me, a little. I'm guessing they're the grey guys. But- Well, it's not that I don't believe you in a literal sense, but the rest of it sounds pretty unbelievable! Cosmic stuff is a little over my head, uh, no pun intended. Though I guess my own situation isn't entirely dissimilar? I mean, I'm pretty sure I can't die, but I don't have super powers, and there's a whole different universe in here if you look at it from a certain angle.
indeed, both sbUrb and yoUr circUs are isekai, after a fashion! most of Us, too, have been forced to contend with the idea that we can never go back to the world we came from. for some of Us, that's a good thing.

i've heard the premise of yoUr predicament, yes... qUite a pickle. we've a few digital folks here as well, thoUgh! robots, ghosts in the machine, AIs... just, er, don't bother too mUch with AM. he's a bit of a knobhead. ~u~
oh, and some of said ai are based on brainscans, i forgot to mention! so, similarly digitized hUman individUals.
