@funnyStray asked: "favorite food :?" hehe, love that emote. it's a human dish, pollo a la plancha, specifically the cuban style. it's a specific preparation of chicken- or cluckbeast, meat. usually breast, cut thin, marinaded in citrus and cumin and some other spices. it's cooked to a nice brown on both sides, served with rice, good black beans, and i like to also make a bright citrusy corn salsa... oh, and a bunch of lightly browned onions on top. it is heaven.
