i could? but thats a lot of really precise micromovements... if i manipulate the size of my hair as a whole entity together it would just give me the same hair but like smaller on my head id have to shrink the hairs back individually! plus that kind of implies the hair follicles go back into my head at the roots and thats a gross thought
