Peiser Glarug is a cerulean shithead who's used to taking what he wants. He uses his powers for sheer love of the game and to support lazy hedonism. At base his powers are just being able to read and implant surface thoughts, with no guarantee the target actually believes the thoughts are their own, requiring time and patience to reshape someone's personality and memories. Depending on my partner's interests, this power level can be adjusted, though I'm not really interested in instant and total control.
