It depends on the type of polyamorous relationship you desire to entire, however a key factor no matter what is communication, all parties must be fully aware of who is involved in the polycule, if you or another member date someone outside of the group without talking about it first, that's cheating, don't let anyone get away with using polyamory as an excuse to cheat. There's more than one dynamic in a polyamorous relationship, for the sake of simplicity and not going on to long we'll simplify the matters by focusing on a polycule consisting of three members. In this situation you can either have two people dating the same one person, first the obvious everyone must agree, you will have to keep in mind the possibility for jealousy, that being said this will be a factor in any dynamic. The other is in which all three members are dating each other, there's not much to say on this one jealousy remains a plausible factor. Both of these dynamics are just as valid of a relationship as the other. Now the most important detail to keep in mind when entering a polyamorous is beyond having multiple partners it is no different from a normal relationship, communication is key, make sure you're all well aware of each others boundaries and make sure to talk, everyone should be on the same page relationship wise. I feel there's a level of irony with a Rose of all people saying this but, don't over think it. if anyone else has any questions I'd be more than happy to oblige: https://forms.gle/yFfkrewWktz5aSNf8
