There are so many people posting about how well they bathe that I have yet to find whoever said they don't. Either way, if you are able to bathe or shower regularly, please do. if not, there are various things available that can help you. If you deal with depression, chronic pain, water phobias and other things that make bathing and showering difficult, you can use a flannel with warm water, micellar water, even wet wipes. For hair, dry shampoo can help for some hair types, while others do better with coconut oil. Washing your hands often is also good. Any little helps. Simply do the best that you can. Not everyone is capable of a 20 step routine, but the little things can be the difference between discomfort and disease. Wishing you all well.
