... Insomniac feels a little too simple to describe my situation but it's also just a convenient word. Its simplicity makes it easier to use than going "I can't sleep unless everyone else in the room is also asleep but ironically I feel safer sleeping in the same room as someone else if I'm in someone's hive so that I can be woken up immediately if they wake up, plus I don't have a hive so I have to stay at other people's hives anyway so this is pretty much my permanent situation". Bit wordy, isn't it?
