Hey. Some people are going through some stuff and can't always find the motiv--vation or energy to hav--ve healthy lifestyles. Last thing you should be doing, Kiddo, is trying to talk badly about them. They're hav--ving it rough enough as it is. #lecture

Ev--veryone has hurt someone they didn't mean to, or want to, Kiddo. Growing up in the cav--verns, you were always in someone else's business ev--ven if you tried your best to av--void it. Sometimes that lead to harsh words, or worse. Remember that you can't always make up for what you'v--ve done, but you can always improv--ve, and theres always a chance that you becoming a better person will in turn hav--ve those people you hurt forgiv--ve you. Just giv--ve it time, and don't giv--ve up, ev--ven if the guilt runs deep. The guilt is proof you wanted to be better. #adv--vice
You'll nev--ver forget them. Sometimes you'll realize you hadn't thought about them for a while, but you still remembered enough to realize it. You'll mov--ve on. You'll meet new people. Those memories of the people before them won't ev--ver be tarnished. You're just adding new ones. Like a scrapbook, Kiddo. Just go back a few pages to remember who started it with you. #adv--vice
Sometimes it's the compliment you're not ready to receiv--ve sticks with you longest, Kiddo. Sometimes when you get a compliment that you don't feel is right or you're deserv--ving of, just accept that its an aspect you're capable of embodying. Ev--ven if it feels rare. #adv--vice #compliments
For example. The first time someone said I was 'cultured' made me feel like a real showoff. You can be cultured without being a snob. It just takes outside opinions to really show you that.
