[OOC Post. This is an au version of an OC of mine, named R.Scratch. He is a rather unstable individual who speaks in riddles and whimsy! Typical Doc Scratch stuff. Formerly a normal human man before his Scratch died and thus had all of his omniscience and First Guardian power all at once! Why all that knowledge and power crammed into one mind like that is bound to drive you mad isn't it? Wouldn't you say it's only a matter of time before the body simply cracks under the strain?
