yeah it helps a lot wvell depends on howv your head is connected? mine wvas sevwvered so i can't feel much physically, emotionally or anything, it takes a minute for me to react or feel things. stuff is vwvery slowv for me or too fast. it's interesting but i dont hate it. 🤔
