went to skaia. slowed time to a heel to inspect the entire planetoid for caverns. i found a few, and after deciding on the deepest, brought time back to normal to venture in. it ran for miles.i followed and followed... there were many dersian and prospitian geologists and miners burrowing around. i think they were looking for new sources of ore. one of them had an interesting tool that caught my eye, so i paused time to keep them there as i wandered deeper still i was lucky. i made it to skaia's core, which was hollow within. there stood EL once again; the monolithic first guardian shaped like a wall. he did not dissappear. he only allowed me one question, and i asked, "if there is an end to this, how would it be decided?" "BY THE MANY" and it was gone again. there were no tumors or strange abberations. the light coming from the core was strong; so strong that i couldnt look straight at it. i finished my work and arrived to the dersian holding that specific tool, and let time run as normal. i spoke to him and asked what it is; apparently it reads energy build up levels within skaia... and then he said something very interesting. he noted that for a while now, skaia had been slowly accumulating unhealthy levels of energy deep within and firing them off in mass ejections in random directions. think of it as the same way a sun ejects matter out of itself when there's greater activity going on. skaia, /today/, has been reaching record highs of energy... and has been shooting them out in many large spurts. i kept that information with me, and proceeded to leave skaia...
