Perhaps it is basic, but I enjoy Guppy's Head. if you can get a large amount of flies going then it's enjoyable going into a room as they wipe it out for you. It is never a bad item to have.
thats a good choice and yeah its always a good item to have with plenty of synergy combos like hivemind and parasitoid
personally im a big fan of technology and spoonbender combo
Technology in general was the other item I was thinking about. Cannot go wrong with it. Opposite question then, do you have a least favorite item?

i often say things that are objectively correct id say a 35 percent of the time
