Drenched in purple blood that wisps off into the water, they hold a troll's bloodpusher like someone might hold an apple -- extremely casually. It fits neatly in their hand, about the size of their palm, their claws and rings glinting in the moonlight coming down through the water from above. They must be relatively close to the surface.))
