Dirk Keeping 101, lesson 1. Dirks have a penchant for self isolation, neglect, and insomnia. A good method for getting your Dirk to sleep - and on top of that get quality sleep - is to introduce them to an electric blanket. Initially they may fuss and argue that they do not need to lie down or that they won’t like being hot while they sleep but trust me, they’ll cave. When they do they’ll sleep like the dead. Pair it with a weighted blanket for the particularly stubborn Dirk.
