I am not the biggest fan of most troll meat; it's often overrated. I'd say the best troll meat I had was violet. It was the most tender I've experienced, but honestly, nothing beats hornbeast wagyu. It's the perfect balance of fat and juicy. Most troll meat is too stressed, nervy, or muscular to be flavorful.
