💠~ If we're going for the arm, then like, not really? Unless you do stuff that damages your arm a lot. Then like, don't do that! Be careful exercising too much- especially if you do like, a lot of push-ups or whatever. I tend to use some pretty resilient seeds and they've got like, all the nutrients they'll really need but they always looooove a bit of extra calcium! The main thing is that they'll get itchy and the skin around them tends to dry out a lot so like, be ready to moisturize. ~💠
