Ah, no. You see. The genome is strong. With those inside it, it grows fra<tured and weak. To remove them, thus, brings ba<k the strength, mu<h akin to the <rystalline stru<ture of various <hemi<als. It is hard to re<over something on<e it forms the wrong <ompound. The ideals are not weak but they weaken the stru<ture so <ru<ial to our world... or worlds. I'm unaware of the issue.

Yes, it would be weak in a sense, the Empire does not benefit from <ompla<en<y - if it is not doing it's required military <uration and a<tion, it will fall. This does not <hange the fa<t that perhaps soon, mutant spa<es will be infiltrated and dismantled.
