admittedly, attacking faster is easier when between swings you're resetting yourself in reality to having been mid-swing the entire time. but. that's still REALLY hard to do unless i'm actually scared or angry.

oh! kinda, er, both ways. i use it to pump my velocity, but i also use it to take away the weapon's weight when i'm drawing it back between swings. kind of a give and take.
