Good evening, my friends! Isn’t it a beautiful night? I begin every dusk by pouring myself my favorite drink. In my tongue, this delicious concoction is known most commonly as “scalding leaf fluid.” However, I have also come to appreciate the simpler name loaned from other languages: tea! My favorite type of tea is made with the roots of the ginseng, a plant native to the eastern mountains and requiring many sweeps of growing before they are ready for harvest.
