It's annoying that this fixed point in time is not observable with fate. I promised I'd stop using the powers, but something is wrong. I just get the canned "It Has Been Written" every time, like that means something. But what if it wasn't. What if it happened already, what if I died already and got better without realizing? That'd be weird as hell but like, I guess it'd be better than needing to brace for the future. Already scared Locke a little. Haven't really. Expressed this with Kismet, but he's already been through a lot.
Maybe it's because I'm a knight trying to act like a seer that I get such inconclusive results, but why grant me the gift of sight if I can't use it?
Then perhaps it's time to descend into it and work within it's rules.
