D--> There is a belief among humans that the consumption of high fat food is bad for one's digestive and cardiovascular system. This is quite the perple%ing opinion to have, while I am not an earth doctor by any means, I can confidently state that the more fat and plaques clogging up your arteries the harder your b100dpusher will work to get the necessary materials for life across your body. Less informed individuals would consider this an issue when it is the e%act opposite, it is training for your most vital and central muscle. According to this, in my opinion e%cellent, line of logic I would recommend eating as much fatty as possible until you get "heartburn" at which point you should immediately begin doing sets of jumping jacks, spreading eagles and push ups until the pain flows throughout your entire body indicating you have successfully pushed past the fat block. Continuous sets of gorging and fle%ing may temporarily lower your quality of life but will also turn your b100dpusher into the STRONGEST b100dpusher any human has ever had, giving you access to feats of physique rendered unimaginable by your millenia of faulty medical knowledge.
