I enacted SO many policies wwhile wwe wwere offline. Managed to get redbloods to agree to go back to the bottom of the spectrum at last. They wwere kinda in the middle for a wwhile there, but it just looked bad colorwwise. Did havve to givve em culling protection in exchange though. Not a reel big deal.
