The ideal is for you to negotiate in your own favor. As it stands, it’s seems like the horrorterror needs you more than you need it, from a contractual standpoint. This gives you an uncommon negotiating advantage, although one could always add a clause to make it explicit that renegotiations may happen later! Just be aware that such a thing could be employed by both sides, and it may be wise to put a limit on how often the clause can be invoked. :)

There is, but a contract must be agreed to by both parties, usually. I don't know how likely it is to leave. :( Some of us can be very stubborn.
This would be a lot easierr if it would accept Hilda th' tall woolbeast as a host. :(
