today i learned that there was once a massive, school-bus-sized, intelligent squid that was killing ichthyosaurs and using their remains to create self-portraits. these things were REGULARLY Hunting down Mosasaurus for shits and giggles and using their mutilated corpses to make Self portraits.... imagine encountering a fucking 60ft OCTOPUS
