Oh, right. In addition to the neck shackle, I kept one of the wrist ones too. The chain broke on the very edge so the entire chain was hanging off the right-hand one, and my left hand was free, so I didn't really register I still had the left side one on when I got out. Free stuff, I guess? I do have quite a length of chain that broke off too, come to think of it. Obama hasn't asked for any of it back yet so I assume it blends into the countless other unnamed expenses and expenditures under the limitless budget of Troll Area 51.
