No one film captures the intensity and fear that the situation. Man vs nature, fear of the unknown, and most harrowing, the failure of our institutions and government and capitalism. Yes, make no mistake of it, if the looming threat of capitalism, that dog would still be alive today. They would have shut down the beaches, inspite of losing their summer dollars.
