This is NULLUS, he is a courier (duh) tasked to deliver a package to alternia but he doesn’t know what that is, he’s doing his best, because some jackass ordered something from earth Amazon on alternia, it is fallout inspired and his wrist mounted communication device is a little busted up which is why his Text is HORRIBLY un readable, I apologize to anyone it gives an aneurism to trying, he’s a really big downer and he acts like delivering his packages is the only thing that means anything to him it’s not like he’s got anybody else keeping him company.
