yeah that's prettie much what hobbies are for entertainment, and like keeping the mind and bodie moving are good for you the happiest healthiest people usuallie have a hobbie for the mind and a hobbie for the bodie me i gotta work so i just have mind tiepe hobbies but stuff like sports and dancing and all that are for the bodie hobbies are what we do to look after ourselves in a waie next step up after basic necessitie is enrichment
