4'10 not including horns here! They add an extra 6 inches total though!

10 feet is not too far out of a realm of possibility given the extended lifespans of higher castes and/or gravity of planets they are growing up on. But I am also glad to be short, it is always a joy to be able to enter hives without worry of forehead and/or horn injuries!
