whatever you think is cool, I guess!! it's kind of an arbitrary unit of measurement since cool is kinda subjective anyway. but facing your fears is the first step i guess? but take it in small doses, there's a um. threshold of discomfort where changes made within that threshold are more likely to stick? but past that it's just gonna rebound and make you feel way worse and there's no way to know what that outer bound is until you've crossed it :(
