Q: Do you really drink blood? What does it taste like? A: Oh, yeah. I'm an obligate sanguivore. While I /can/ eat other things, I don't really get any benefit from doing so and have to consume blood to survive. On the whole, blood is sweet, salty, ever so slightly metallic (not coppery, if you're tasting copper specifically that's a medical issue on the victim's end) but after that there's different tasting notes based on the health and lifestyle of the person Scholars and nobles tend to be intensely sweet, almost fruity, labourers are a more robust sort of meaty/savory note, career soldiers tend to skew pleasantly dry or acidic, so they go really well with wine, for example Animal blood is generally thin and kind of bland, sometimes kind of sour, so it sucks to live off of for a long time #blood #violence https://forms.gle/WbSzqcu7Tj6xJFDa7
