((no ref for this guy yet, but i remember from the first design that he was basically supposed to be the opposite of most other purples. his hair is always neatly combed, and he always wears a suit and tie. his juggalo paint only covers half his face, and the other half is unpainted. he too enjoys being a Most Excellent Host, though he's also very duplicitous and this is often a cover to murder people. he WILL actually get upset if you do things like track mud inside or chew with your mouth open, though.
