Yes, it is a detacha6le capelet held in place with the ri669n 9n the fr9nt, and then the skirt and 6l9use c9me apart s9 they can 6e used with 9ther things. My num6er 9ne request was that it 6e practical. I'm s9 glad 9ther pe9ple like the design.
