I have discovered a new type of stone called 'Deepslate' by digging quite far down. It is a pleasing darker grey than the regular stone, and the noise it makes when broken is equally pleasing. This is so far my favourite block. #CalderPlaysMinecraft

I am *very* pleased to announce I've stumbled upon several deposits of iron. The most noble metal, of course, as its the one my sign represents. In an attempt to brave the horrors of the night time such as groaning green men and rattling piles of bones, I have erected a temporary shelter. Now, you may be saying "Calder. This looks like shit" And yes. You would be correct. However, the Bizkantine empire was not erected in a day and I will need the materials gathered in here to build my castle anyway.
