Does anyone else get really upset and almost crash out when the☿r founta☿n pens show s☿gns of clogg☿ng? You clean out the n☿b regularly but no, ☿t st☿ll congeals ☿n the cap☿llary channels. ☿ don't know how much more ☿ can take.
As much as it wounded my pride, I had to stop using fountain pens after one of mine passed a clot and exploded onto my papers. I lost three days worth of work on that composition.

This can be a sign of low quality ink. If you need to unclog them, however, set them in a metal bowl set within another bowl containing warm to hot water (but not too hot) in order to decongeal the ink stuck in them. You can also flush with a solvent like isopropyl alcohol, but this can cause damage if you're not careful, so I would recommend gentle heating instead
