Woke up this morning to a little paw on my face. Not allowed to significantly sleep in with Miss Frieda in the house! But she did allow for some cuddling a bit before I dragged myself out of the covers. Perhaps she understands on some level that today is a little special? She is very clever after all. No run today and I've gotten breakfast at my favourite cafe as a birthday present to myself. A nicely sized stack of strawberry French Toast and eggs with hash browns.
