dark world is basically weird shit with negative light that turn's a room into a hellscape or something. and everything in the room become's like. monster's. so my organ's might now be hundreds of weird fucked up demon creature's

As long as you're stable that's what matters. You should probably stay out of dark worlds for the time being until whatever's going on with you has healed. Nesting a dark fountain inside another dark fountain doesn't end well.
