I cannot claim to be a poet of any kind, but I hear the voices of the people and of the world around me, and I endeavor to give form to their thoughts and needs. I am but a humble messenger, in that way.

Perhaps so. I do put thought into what I say and how I say it, of course. I do not want to be misconstrued, or lead trolls down the wrong path. But I find that so long as you speak earnestly and from the heart, your words will always carry weight. As for your question; For as long as I can remember. I have always felt a deep connection to those around me, and I was fortunate enough to be raised well to believe that it was my duty not to squander that connection.
